Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program in Kerala is taught according to the old traditions mixed with modern traditions in a relaxed environment. Just like all of our programs, this YTT is taught primarily in English. This yoga teacher training program will lay the groundwork to be a motivational yoga teacher. Come prepared to push your mental and physical limits to attain your goal of becoming a yoga practitioner & a yoga teacher.
